    • Op 17 september 1855 doet Hendrik Jan Veerdink, landbouwer in de buurtschap Dorpboer, aangifte van diefstal van een korf met levende bijen. Het blijkt dat deze gestolen zijn door Gerrit Jan Hoijtink. Deze wordt bij vonnis van 7 november 1855 veroordeeld tot een jaar gevangenisstraf.
